Swan Htet Nyi Hein
Swan Htet Nyi Hein is a young, enthusiastic man from Singapore who is interested in learning computer science. He graduated in 2018 with a Diploma in Aerospace Electronics from Singapore Polytechnic. He is currently serving the nation until May 2020.
Nyi Hein has a wide variety of interests including website, mobile app, and game development. He is also interested in the field of data science and artificial intelligence. Having no previous formal degree in computer science, he took the initiative to learn coding by himself by taking online courses. Being a self-taught programmer, he tried to apply his skills through doing interesting projects that he is passionate about.
Apart from coding, Nyi Hein is also a music, gaming, technology, and food enthusiast. His favourite quote is "Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish" by Steve Jobs. Hence, he is constantly searching for new knowledge and eager to learn.

After learning Python, I wanted to make an online portfolio for myself as an aspiring software engineer, I knew this was a good skil investment. I started by learning HTML, CSS and JavaScript with the help of Jon Duckett's books. With my newfound knowledge, I was able to follow along and learn from an amazing instructor, Reece Kenney. Very well taught and great for beginner developers!

I wanted to become a full-stack web developer and this course helped me with it. During this period, I was still in I was still serving my 2 year NS and was busy with it, resulting me to take a longer time to learn. But nonetheless, this course was impactful and helps the basics of back-end. Recommended to go for Django especially after learning Python.
